Apparently two of the three players are Pittman, who just left the program, and Kyle Dodson. There was some scuttle that Noah Spence was the third but that hasn't been confirmed.

Here is my partial list of Toledoans, or those who know Toledo; not complete, just off the top of my head:

Toledoans in addition to Jamie Farrah:

Art Tatum, (Did you ever listen to him? Met him once,)
John Kennedy, (the beer baron, and original Irshman)
Christine Brennan
P. J. O'Rourke
Mari Evans
Lou Diamond (He is just down from my aunt and uncle.)
Katie Holmes (Speaking of St. Johns, she was a favorite in all the plays, her brother a great center on the basketball team. And her dad is a real stand up guy and a good attorney, former partner of my attorney, and represented me once. I have a funny story about that two.)
Adrianne Palicki, (Better looking and a better actress than Katie, just younger. I knew her parents too.)
Alyson Stoner, (Younger yet. Siblings go to school with my kids.)
Tommy Scholz (the band Boston; had the hottest little sister I ever knew.)
Gloria Marie Steinem
Scott Shriner, (former Marine, great bass player and The Great Barbeque Gods, local band were awesome!)
Danny Thomas
Mildred Benson, (Hell of an author, hell of a woman. She golfed in my aunts league until just before she passed, at like age 97!)
John Amaechi, (Who is a St. Johns grad that they loved until his book came out), retired NBA player Jim Jackson, and NBA Champions Chicago Bulls Dennis Hopson, and 76er original “sixth man” Steve Mix.

Nice list, for just off the top of your head. Add:

John and Jim Harbaugh
Joe Tiller
Urban Meyer
Gene Kranz (Flight Controller at Houston for the Apollo 13 mission)
and Jim Leyland

After Mark May tweeted something about questioning getting rings...

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>You can give out rings when you win your division and your coach is the man@<a href="https://twitter.com/mark_may">mark_may</a></p>— Jake Stoneburner (@STONEYeleven) <a href="https://twitter.com/STONEYeleven/status/322505511754928128">April 12, 2013</a></blockquote>

Not everything that is legal is fine. Some legal things are dispicable. But even if you reduce everything to legal and illegal, that doesn't mean that it is fine push every law to the breaking point.

The NCAA is supposed to be, in large part, about ensuring these kids get an education. If you interpret the rules in such a way that completely thwarts that purpose, you are doing something wrong, and other institutions have every right to point it out. It is one thing to push the rules of the game of football to their brink: its a game. But "student-athletes" are kids. Urban Meyer's antics should not stand inbwtween them and an education. And other coaches should not have to lose to Urban every year because he could care less about education. If Urban is committed to going as far as he possibly can within the law, God help him. That's what the NFL is for.

To me, its not poaching, but the crazy lengths and manipulative tactics of recruiters that are crazy.

The top of the ring says "Leaders"

They aren't claiming national champions or anything, I believe they were recognized as champions of the Leaders Division by the B1G despite their ineligibility.

I still disagree with it, but I see where the players deserve something.

...I don't know. I guess the school can be proud of the season they had...

Not sure I like the B1g recognizing anything...I guess further evidence that those running the rules enforcement for the NCAA are a joke when a conference kinda shrugs, and does something inconsistent with the punishment, if not out right thumbing their nose at it.

Meyer definitely took accountability for having an aff... Oh wait, he faked a medical condition and quit. Nevermind.

Just saying, when Meyer's family has been at the Union for events, they were all dicks. His daughter especially.

He was an athlete at Florida 4-7 yrs ago and there are some comments being made that are not correct. Our staff, myself and our families worked very hard to mentor and guide him.

Some? So, most are correct?

You wonder who is PR guy is. It always amazes me at the stupid things guys like this say. Irishnuke has it right that NOBODY is blaming Urban for his former player being a murderer. Each kid is ultimately responsible for their actions off the field. But what's wrong with saying something like "Every coach feels a sense of responsibility for their players (past and present) and I wish I had been a better mentor for Aaron...maybe set him on a different path". OK, maybe that's no that good but to come out all defensive and portrait yourself and your program as squeaky clean and possessing the highest sense of morals and integrity just comes across like he DOES have something to deny. The closer this guy gets to winning the more the blinders go on...just watch as the Buckeyes have another good season playing that brutal schedule. I heard they were trying to schedule St. Mary's School for the Blind during their bye week.

Ohio State freshman tight end Marcus Baugh was arrested on Sunday morning and is being arraigned for underage consumption, a misdemeanor, and carrying a fake ID.
The four-star 2013 recruit pleaded not guilty to the charges and a pre-trial will be scheduled. Ohio State has yet to publicly comment on Baugh's situation. The 18-year-old is likely facing fines and court costs as punishment, in addition to a possible suspension.-Rotoworld
