Speaking of Fuller, excuse me while I brag. Who was it that told both TP and NDinLA and said Fuller >>>> Brown all day back in August, when they were saying how Brown was going to break out?

Yours truly!

Need some BenGay for that arm?

I will miss all the rhetoric when this is finally settled.

Dude, this is the Notre Dame football program. Give it 6 months and some other largely self-inflicted and wholly avoidable apocalyptic drama will come around. You'll have plenty of rhetoric, then.

If DD is cleared Thursday evening or Friday evening, does he get game reps? (sorry if this has been asked)

If he does get game reps, over/under 12.5 reps?

lol yup... all I'm going to say is that 90% of the time when a program gets "burned" it's by:
1. A disgruntled player OR
2. A legal case where stuff comes up in discovery that is an NCAA violation

Methinks we're about to have some pretty disgruntled players... especially if they were under the impression during the early stages that this would be a quickly resolved process where they might take a zero on a paper at worst.

Maybe I should go to Phil about some things going on at work...and let him Tweet about it.

I know this has probably been said before but in what universe at this point can they find them not guilty and the university come out looking like they did the right thing. I really want them all to come back but they have to know that there will be a ***t storm if they find them not guilty.

"Leniency" is the only way. Found guilty, but a lesser punishment of time already served. But let's be honest- that's not the ND way.

Whoa, did I miss actual info? I haven't read any more leaked info? Do we have news on who will likely be booted or are you being pessimistic in an effort to not be disappointed when the verdict is out?

Just speaking my gut feeling. If he's found responsible in anything, it's his second academic offense.

Offenses dealing with honesty and poor performance are different. One is not a strike vs. the other. The poor grades won't hurt him. (Hell, it might help him. If I were cheating I'd make sure to at least hit a 2.0...)

Hey, just a quick note to let everyone know that there has been some form of cheating

At 100%, DD might be the guy you want back the most, at least in the short run, given our youth at WR and the way our defense has been playing.
But what are the odds he's 100% mentally?
KVR's the guy I'd trust most to slide back in right away. And Ishaq might actually have the biggest immediate impact if he can suit up against Stanford.
Realistically I wouldn't count on any of them as a difference maker this weekend. They'd have, what, two days of practice? Why this wasn't wrapped up over the bye week is baffling.
And I agree that at least some of them probably never see the field again for Notre Dame, either by the university's choice or their own. Laying no odds on who, though.

Given the choice between KVR and DD, I'd still rather have KVR back. Luke was picked on against Syracuse, would be nice to let him adjust some more and cut down on the reps. I'd also imagine we'd be able to bring even more pressure by locking down the outside with Riggs and KVR.

Wtf is eeeeeeeeep?

If DaVaris is using his white girl lingo correctly then this is good. My girlfriend uses this language frequently.

"Eeep" (with a varying number of "e"s) shows excitement - akin to "oh boy! Oh boy!"

On the other hand, "meep" (again, with a varying number of "e"s) shows disappointment - akin to "aw, shucks".

I am in no way kidding about this.

I checked his twitter, and didn't see the eeeeeeep tweet.

I did see someone ask him if he'd be playing against Stanford, and he replied 'lol'.
