I'd be happy with a 38-0 beat down to pay back for 2007 and 2002.
Thatd be even better but i cant get my hopes up haha. As long as we win ill be happy!

The under the lights matchup was a nightmare. Lets just say there were things thrown and broken in my house, Denard could pick on one of our corners (whose name i wont mention) all night long.

Yeah i think youre right, that fourth quarter was so bad it seemed more like all night. You mean during the fourth quarter???...
That game rocked me like no game i can remember... I tend to see the UM game as a loss every year until the final second ticks off and ND is ahead... Don't drop games to MSU, Temple or Purdue and take two out of the three against OU, ASU and USC and you have to think nine wins should be in the cards... and that should be enough to keep another good class intact and move forward...
that's kind of where I am at... I am seriously debating watching this game,... emotions dog, emotions.
Haha i woke up with the fight song in my head, theres not alot more that makes me happier than beating the skunkbears.I back flipped into the pool after last year's game, and that game was horrible... so yeah... ANY win and I'll be very happy.
Admittedly "logic" rarely stands and prediction is worth less than a vdime for each of its letters, but here are two thoughts that I'm going with:
A). Hoke's good recruiting classes are not yet mature. Despite their wow values, they are not ready to transform Michigan into a powerhouse yet;
B). The UofM game is game number two. That shouldn't be anywhere near enough to get the defense [sans Ryan] nor the offense [with a searching Gardner] smoothed out.
"Prediction": The Notre Dame defense just gets more excited by playing at Michigan stadium and strangles everything that UofM tries to do except for a completion here and there to Gallon or a TE. The Big Boys are angrier than usual on both sides of the ball due to Hoke saying they were afraid to play him. Our offense needs only two TDs to win and gets three.
^I guess the Irish should be honored that the ND game sells for more (at least initially) than the Ohio St. game.
Probably b/c there are more Irish fans in Michigan than Ohio St. fans, but in any event it's no wonder they're so butthurt over losing the series.
I think it is the fact that this will be the last ND/Michigan game in the Big House for the foreseeable future...thats driving up the ticket price. I think this may also be another night game, which could be why it's trumping their big rivalry. The 2011 ND night game broke the attendance record at the Big House if I recollect.
I was at the Big House as an undergrad when we got curb stomped in 2007. Had beer poured over my head during the game, and got hit in the head by a thrown bottle on my way back to the campus bus after the game. Had to use my undershirt as a make-shift bandage on the ride home; still have the scar to prove it.
Never going back to that sh!t hole again.
I've been pleasantly surprised by USC fans on the away games I've attended in LA.
Didn't have any problems when I went in 2011. Pretty good experience with the fans there actually. Much better than East Lansing.

Really, maybe I will give it a go!
My buddy and I have been going to one game every year for twenty years. We dress in full leprechaun attire. Went to the "Big House" the year Steve Breaston tore us up...boldly wearing our costumes . Wasn't too bad during the game...when you wear this kind of garb you need to expect a certain level of discord. But when the game was over it was brutal. There are only like four exits out of that place and they are narrow exits. Took forever to get out and our two Michigan buddies found a way to separate from us. I learned how deeply I could hate that day. Having said all of that...they are decent fans IF you don't show up as a Leprechaun.
Life is a quickcast bitch, and then you add water . . .
That's good Bogs...you have a way with words that makes me laugh!
