ND does not control the NCAA record books. Even if ND decided to vacate wins, it would not affect the NCAA records. Only the NCAA can determine that.

They're not vacating 4 years of wins, that's just retarded. I'd be surprised if any wins are vacated, and if that happens it'll come from the NCAA and not us. Ped State was forced to vacate several years of wins after it was found Sandusky raped a young boy and the administration tried to cover it up. We're talking about some plagiarism of some papers /w no cover up.

It's not even worth contemplating. There are rumors that the academic fraud at issue here applies to past players. There's also a misconception that if an ineligible player contributes to a win, that win has to be vacated. So the speculation train here goes: (1) Niklas (just an example) banged tutor in exchange for having papers written; (2) Said "exchange" made him an ineligible player; (3) ND must now vacate every win in which Niklas participated.

Needless to say, not a single point in that chain of speculation has been established, and (3) in particular doesn't hold up unless higher ups within the program new of his compromised status and played him anyway.

I think it's academic fraud and nothing to do with the sex honestly, at least as far as eligibility is concerned. I assume these chicks were writing papers to befriend them. And by befriend I mean fuck. Classic jersey chasing stuff.
