A lot of people knew who Bill O'Brien was.
You mean being the Pats OC and Tom Brady's QB coach gives you credibility in the football world?

That's not my understanding of it. As I said before, PSU doesn't want to hire another coach before sanctions end. I don't think there are exclusion clauses. But then again, I haven't read the contract and I could be wrong, but I seriously doubt it.
He also said distance won't be a factor and that's appearing to be not true
Lots of people knew who Charlie Weis was too. My point is noone knew if he was worth the hire. PSU was reaching.A lot of people knew who Bill O'Brien was.

Not only that, it also gives you a schematic advantage!
It won't be long before Charlie wears out the schematic advantage he has at Kansas. Then, he can devote all of his energies in schematically spending the buy out money Notre Dame keeps sending him.

It shall be a fine day when the University's highest paid coach is actually coaching at the University.
She is! Muffet McGraw actually has a higher base that BK.
This is just disgusting behavior. I agree with the poster saying should not walk by frat row or whatever, but if you do should not expect this kind of treatment, just one more reason why fraternities should not exist and are detrimental to their schools and college life in general. But that's another topic, what is most unfortunate about this video is it is not an isolated incident and happens not just at PSU but all over the country. Says something about society. No fan anywhere should be in fear to go support their team at home or on the road. Heckling, even when it crosses the line into verbal abuse, is not that big of a deal to me, but throwing things and engaging in physical confrontations is disgraceful. It should not be cheered by the home fan base but instead people that behave like this should be treated as pariahs by their fellow fans. I am glad Ive never seen this at ND, or anywhere for that matter, closest Ive seen is at Yanks-Red Sox games back in like 2004 and that was limited to verbal abuse.
Sorry, I just can't let this pass by. You couldn't be more wrong.

Ever go to Leadership School in Evanston? That was one of the highlights of my college career, to be honest.
If this kid is serious about becoming an engineer major then he should stay at Purdue. Purdue, from what I've been told, has a top-10 (or at least top 15) engineering programs in the nation. Granted ND's overall degree value might be worth more. However, if this kid is serious about getting an education with a focus on engineering then I would not be surprised if he stayed put.
