Did both of these guys play last weekend? I guess I'm asking if they're new injuries, or if they've already been out and are just being ruled out yet again.

Right. Watch him win a title this year and then leave.

He's 56. IDK if he has it in him to start from scratch again and relocate to be honest.
This off season is going to be very interesting and awkward, especially if we win 11 games.
We return a ridiculous number of starters next year against a schedule I would say is more favorable than this year's. I don't see him leaving before next year unless he's asked to go.
I know there's a whole other thread about this, but can never figure out why so many are so convinced Kelly wants to leave. Yes, he interviewed for the Eagles job five years ago, but all the on-and-off talk since has been little more than smoke (I'm convinced the USC rumors last year were someone trying to dirty him up. The timing made zero sense for anyone involved.)
Kelly's a college coach, always has been, and our resurgence this year is driven by returning to fundamentals of college football, which, for a coach, is very different than the pro game. What, exactly, does Kelly bring to the table in the NFL?
As for other college jobs, I dunno. Like Koon said, he's getting old to start over. At ND he's got a great job, with a supportive AD, and if you can win at Notre Dame, you're as big as the sport gets. How is Florida or USC really more appealing?
If we win 11 games and make the playoffs, maybe BK gets some sort of raise or extension. But it's not like he'd have 2012 leverage after what happened last year. There won't be much patience for flirting with the NFL. Best thing for all involved would be to keep Elko and get after the business of winning 14 games next year.
Real talk: does Wake's D line coach get poached after Elston leaves for a HC job?
Dave Cohen is a lock to be ND's DL coach next season.
How good of a job can Elston get?
I know the WR got hurt last game abdominal injury. Dunno about the defense guy

Is this for real?
