I just got my pistol permit a few months ago, which is necessary before you can do anything here. My wish list:

S&W 1911 E-series in .45 ACP
Glock 26 (for carrying)
Ruger Mini-14 (best I can do with the "assault weapons ban")
Colt Single-Action Army (someday)

Since I couldn't legally purchase anything until now, the only guns in my safe are an old Charter Arms .38 revolver and an even older bolt action shotgun from J. C. Higgins (back when Sears sold guns).

my mom carries a 26. not kidding. i bought it for her for Christmas 5ish years ago.
you need a 27 or 30. I do like a 17 or 34 at the range though

s&w... not a big s&w fan, but i'd go m&p.

can't go wrong with a glock at all, but go sig or hk before s&w.

won't bag on you about assault weapons.

Three hours postgame and we're comparing dicks (I mean guns) and making fun of Wiz' vacation wardrobe? That's when you know the Irish are rolling.

I do wish we could have punched in a couple more of those drives for TDs instead of field goals. But otherwise, damn solid game all around. It's pretty remarkable that we're 11-0 and have basically had one tough game.

Now just don't shit the bed against USC and let's gear up for the playoffs.

aint it great. much better than firing up the brian kelly thread

Man, hasn't he turned things around? Other than Saban, Dabo, and MAYBE Smart, I don't think I'd rather have another coach in the country right now than BK.

But yeah, this thread went sideways in a hurry. 11-0 will do that to you.

S&W Shield is an awesome gun to carry. Its the #1 carry gun in the country for a reason.

If I'm gonna carry a Glock, I'm going with the 19. 26 is too chubby and cramped for me.

BK rocking out this year. I give him most credit for the call after week 3.

chubby does't bother me. 26 is for ankles and purses. if you're going to carry with a permit, go 40 or 45, but if you go 9mm, go 19 or 17 on the back or side. mom has HPs in her 26. she aint play'n

Connecticut says the 17 and 19 are assault weapons. Can't have a magazine more than 10+1.

Great game. Still felt ND left points on the table with penalties and such. Syracuse was lucky to only lose 36-3 in my opinion.

Is he some big Syracuse guy? Do his listeners give a flip about Syracuse football? Because that was rather intense.

Either way...

Need to clean some things up on offense but great performance. Can’t settle for field goals against Clemsonor Bama.
Uniforms were beautiful in person. Better than expected.
Hayes, Okwara, and Kareem flashed over and over.
BW is a electric athlete with a second gear that is insane. Even more noticeable in person.

Great atmosphere today, great performance. Room to get better but this is a damn good football team.

Wish Dungey wouldn't have gotten hurt so the D could have gone up against him today. I had the game at 48-27. Would've been 51 if they turn 2 FG's & the Int into TD's.

The D came to play. Dungey may have gave them a couple more scores tops.

SC is on the clock.

he was born in the bronx, raised in queens, and then

After attending the Fashion Institute of Technology for one year, Smith received a basketball scholarship to attend Winston-Salem State University, a historically black university in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. While in college, he played basketball under Hall of Fame coach Clarence Gaines. While still on the team, Smith wrote a column for the university newspaper, The News Argus, arguing Gaines should retire due to health issues.[6] He is a member of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity.

sounds like he's just a NY lover / ND hater, and might know more about fashion than sports.

Stephen A Smith is a clown. He’s a NY homer who thinks he has street cred. He is a total ass kisser and wannabe insider. Though the NY sports radio airwaves are full of Syracuse grads. Well respected communications school.

Listened to Dino Babers postgame conference. I really like him. Very gracious. Good insight given when asked to compare us to Clemson.

Also called Ian an eel and a jack rabbit:)
Ian the eel Book...

I wish Syracuse well and hope they stick with Dino for the long haul.

GO IRISH!!!

No, I know. Syracuse has an excellent journalism school, especially broadcast. That's why I was thinking Stephen A. went there or something. Apparently not. I guess it's kind of old school Big East NYC hoops, but Syracuse is a long way from the city. Might as well be a whole other state.

Honestly, Notre Dame is at least as much NYC's hometown football program as Syracuse (or Rutgers) is. I'm going to guess there are more ND fans in the metro area.

When he fell down, my comment was, "I hope he is fine....tomorrow." Challenge or not, it made the game more winnable.

I thought ND would win, but that it would be a lot closer than this. Totally dominating performance. This is just what you needed to stop the UM should be ranked ahead BS.
That's it. I'm ranking the Citadel ahead of... Who'd they play today?
