I wish you a speedy recovery from your shoulder surgery. Follow your rehab plan and get a good strength program to follow afterwards so you can come back stronger than before.

Thanks. This one gives me more anxiety than the others. In the past it was all tendon stuff but now they are going to be shaving bone.
