In that link you can see that he just tweeted at Parker Boudreaux as well.

Just goes to show you, no matter how we win, just keep doing that.

This would be great. The only question is which former walk-on will start ahead of him for three years while he learns to line up the defense ...

darn ctrl I buttons not working...

I think we end up landing this kid in this class.

Once once I kind of agree with you. He still has three officials lined up that he could fall in love with. I think ND might quietly be the hot team in his recruitment. A lot like Hansford. I feel much better going into December that I have in recent years

As mentioned on the board, Alief Elsik linebacker Dontavious Jackson now has a Top 8 with the addition of Texas A&M. Jackson has always liked Texas A&M and his good friend, Jeffrey McCulloch, is leaning that way, so this is definitely a situation to monitor. Texas still appears to be in the lead in his recruitment.

per tv---source said that ND is #1 per his mom's choice

supposedly if he wants to stay in state for texas or a&m he better have a real good reason to win over mom to agree to those schools and how they would be a better opportunity than ND

Always feel better when we have Mom in our camp. Fingers crossed here that it goes our way!

Will he be under 18 on NSD? Just wondering if he needs mom's sig on his LOI or not.

Love these updates! If we keep winning these last two defensive classes have the potential to make us a permanent playoff fixture.

WDE: Hayes(?), Okwara
3T: Tillery
NT: TBD (maybe Dew-Treadway?)
SDE: Kareem
Will: Coney, Barajas(?)
Mike: McCulloch(?)
Sam: Bilal/Hansford
FS: Mykelti/Elliot
SS: Perry
CB/Nickel: Crawford
CB: Hamlin, Coleman

Who am I forgetting?

He must be. I haven't seen him in the games this year for some reason.

Misread the post I was replying to. I thought he was looking ahead to next year's lineup ... not just the last two classes.

Yeah I was trying to build a full defense out of two classes. I think the key to re-loading from year to year and surviving in-season attrition is having enough talent to build a competent D out of two classes. In years past I don't think we've done that, e.g. whiffing two years in a row on LBs (pre-Jaylon), Safeties (last two years), and Defensive Ends (every year since Tuitt-Lynch). We could change that this year with a great safety and DE haul.

I have to stop you there. Both Rochell and Trumbetti were top 150 DE's, Rochell nearly cracked the top 100.
