What are they going to beat us with? Their terrible offense? Right now MSU's offense is probably the worst among the 3 teams we have already played. As long as we do not turn it over, I think we should be fine.

I do not feel that a single game left on the schedule is a sure win. I also dont feel like any of the remaining games are a sure loss. Still feel my preseason 9-3 prediction is plausibel but think 5-7 is more likely than 11-1.

You did see they put up 55 this weekend right? And they have a tough D. We've turned it over against much worse D this year. I'm not saying we are losing, but they have learned how to score on O, and have by far the toughest D we've faced to this point.

They played a bad FCS team in Youngstown State. I would not put too much stock in the 55 points. They do scare me though because they always play us tough.

Their offense put up 14 points against USF who gave up 52 to McNeese State. I think that is a better measuring stick than saying they scored 55 against Youngstown State.

So they can't improve as the year goes? They can't grow into their O? They can't find their starting QB as opposed to playing 2 per game to find out? I agree Youngstown State has a weak D, but a weak D doesn't mean the other team can score. They still need to execute their O. MSU O isn't great, but they aren't pathetic. They've found their QB and are they are improving.

BTW, they average more points a game this year than we do, and give up half as many.

Nobody has denied that. But thats ok. Purdue has a pathetic D that we should roll over too, and their O sucks. We should embarrass them. Oh wait.......
