How is moving to a more prestigious job something that is ok and loyal but moving to a job that offers more pay not? I don't understand what the difference is for you.

Guy leaves his old job to move to school A because it is more prestigious - "Seems like a smart career move"
Guy leaves his old job to move to school B because they pay more - "OH SO IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU THEN. DISLOYAL SNAKE."

Either way it's the same thing. The coach getting what's best for him. The reason why these guys want to become head coaches at big time jobs is because they make big time money doing it. That's the reason you take the more prestigious job. Because it leads to more career opportunities (money) down the road.
