Is Rey's lightsaber white? Or is it just shitty lighting in the trailer when they show her using Luke's blue lightsaber?

Is Kylo really gonna blow up his mom now? Is that how they address Fisher's real-life death? Or was she set to go out that way anyway? OR, are they just playing it up, and it doesn't happen?

Is Rey really addressing Kylo when she says she needs someone to show her her place in the universe? Or is she addressing Luke, and they edit the trailer to make you think she was addressing Kylo, causing him to reach out?

Luke connects Rey's raw power to Kylo's, which scares him... so she's either a Solo or a Skywalker. No curveballs on her parentage, probably.

Also hype if they show a full flashback of Kylo Ren and the other Knights of Ren turning on Luke after he's trained them sufficiently, and that's when we saw Luke reaching through the rubble.

Snoke in the flesh... are we going to learn his backstory? I thought I had read at one point that they didn't ever plan on answering the question. They just wanted him to be a mystery and stay that way, kind of like "this guy knows things, and now he's training Kylo Ren, deal with it and don't worry about it."

If he has a background that gets revealed, I hope it turns out that he was a dark-side fanboy during the late Empire days, basically a normal dude, and then went out on his own to find some Sith Holocrons. He got all fucked up and broken-looking because he tried to wield some powers that aren't meant for him, and now his goal is to use the raw power of disciples like Kylo Ren so he can live vicariously through them.

Not excited about the obvious parallels to Empire, but I hope they are limited to the walker assault and the cave/swamp training. I have fears, though, after seeing the attack on the rebels where Ren contemplates killing Leia (the dour note to conclude the film?), as well as Finn being taken prisoner by the First Order (ala Han being frozen in carbonite to await an uncertain fate/rescue).

I think Kylo is going to get cold feet and choose not to kill her. Then the First Order, maybe Hux himself, decides to carry out the order anyways. That causes Kylo to turn on them and back towards the light side of the force. I think they are definitely setting up for a role reversal with Kylo and Rey idk if Disney has the balls to do it though.

Ad blocker, don't have facebook, don't watch TV unless its live sports and usually mute the TV when they come on.

It's not a situation where I'm going to be super disappointed if I see a quick snippet of something on TV, but I'm not going to seek it out. I realized a few weeks ago that I currently have no clue which direction the story is going to go from here or what the major action set pieces will be, and that was pretty nice. I know I'm going to see the movie regardless, so I'd rather be surprised when *insert inventive action scene or hinted at character motivation that was probably in the trailer here* shows up. But it's not like I'm one of those "ermahgahd spoilers" people.
