Last summer Tuitt posted on twitter everyday that he was trying to get a six pack before the season. He pretty much had it to.
what about the "no-ab crew"?

I don't know how Isaac could be a surprise. Kid was a stud in high school and works his butt off.Eric Hanson specifically mentioned Rochell as a pleasant "spring surprise" during today's chat. He said many expected him to redshirt, but that he may force his way into the 2-deep by August if he keeps turning heads in practice.

How much does Tuitt weigh right now?
Either way, I'm not worried either. If the staff wants him closer to 300, then he will be closer to 300

I agree. For whatever reason, he didn't get the post-season awards consideration other guys got, but you could see on film that he was a perfect fit for us.
Ishaq being pushed back like that in the only two appearances is not encouraging.
I think it was Hercules both times. Could just be a sign of his improvement.
I haven't rewatched the video yet, but TP summarized yesterday's practice by saying that GA III was running low and hard, while Tommy was "on the money." What say you, critics?
I'll say that Hendrix didn't look good imo. The two throws they showed from him weren't great. One looked to be out of bounds, didn't really give the receiver a great chance to make a play. The second was very high, which caused Chris Brown to go way up and get it when it probably wasn't necessary. Of course, these are just short practice clips, but I wasn't big on his highlights. Zaire looked good imo.
yep it was Herc. It might have been the same rep shown twice though. Nothing to be ashamed about though considering his opponent and holding the point of attack will never be Ishaq's strongsuit
Not only was it Herc, it was the type of drill. Some times the circumstances of a drill are contrived such that it shows one body type at advantage over another, and is not directly translatable to game situation. In a game I think Ishaq would be free to use his speed instead of rely on just brute strength.
Also, I think the question with these reps is, are we going to be seeing more of Ishaq as a DE?
I have my doubts that the staff would let a slow out-of-shape Tuitt be shown. It was one rep. It could have been at the end of the day and he was totally winded. We don't know.
The only thing worse than making predictions in this sport is over-analyzing released practice footage.
On a side note ... what the **** are they doing in that picture? What game is that?
