There is no foul on the play, please reset the game clock to 9:56, before the flag was thrown.

Can't believe I missed that and thought receiver, I'm going to blame it on the fact I was up late playing PS4 :laugh:

If he ends up doing a time out in prison, his goal should be to remain upright at all times. If not he may experience some roughing.

yep, all kickers have an off game in their career. not saying he's a rock start, but he is their starter. if he's middle of the road and a starter, what's that say about his back up.

I'm sure that someone could split his upright in the shower even if he was standing.

If you wanted to be that shortsighted, go look at the Louisville game and say he sucked. You know, the one where he hit two 40 yard+ FG's and another chippy, without a miss. Or the Syracuse game, were he 3 FG's without a miss, including a 38 yarder and a 41 yarder.

Looking at player's worst game of the season and ignoring the rest to reach a conclusion that he sucks is an awful way to evaluate a player IMO...

His response was right on. Obviously he 'can' be that bad. He provided an example showing he 'was.'
Nowhere did he say, or anyone say, he 'is' that bad.

No delete button needed. I read that prior to responding. But the quote button is your friend, you failed to include that quote in your response initially.

And my 'nowhere' comment was also referring to what you had quoted. Reading it I can completely understand it reading much different.

I'd be more excited if I thought we had a pass rusher to take advantage. Still though, nice to know we might get some pressure.

I incorrectly assumed you had read the thread before responding that I was off here. I only quoted his 2nd post bc that was the closest incorrect quote he had.

Hell, with our luck, this might end up being addition by attrition.

Whatevs though. I think we can beat Clemson straight up and against the best they have. I hope they play us at full strength and have a good season. That way our victory isn't looked at as ND getting the best of an ailing team playing bad football. I want this to be a quality win.

Not that I need to tell you Res but to everyone else out there...

Clemson had the best OT haul in the country last year but Hyatt, Fruhmorgan and Green are all coming in at 275. They had a fourth 3Star recruit named Guida (sp) that was SEC sized out of the box but Hyatt and Fruhmorgan will be the first two to play. The good news for them is they were all early enrollees and can probably add some needed weight by season. Still, gotta like your chances against a true Freshman LT.
