Are you always this pleasant, or do you only post when you're in a bad mood? Lol.

It's amazing that you can tell my tone from a question I posed on the internet.

I just don't understand why you would pose a "would you rather" question regarding two players that we already have (assuming Hood sticks). We have both.

SIAP, but I see some Eddie George in Elijah. Whatever you want to call it, he's a beast!

Just basking in our spoils I guess, lol. They're going to be a hell of a combo, and I don't think you can pick between them so I agree, it's irrelevant and impossible to answer.

Actually posing questions like that are a lose/lose proposition as any answers [except the one wise one by STL, who refused to fall into the trap] are partial put-downs to one of our guys [regardless if it was meant that way or not].

If people act mature about it, I disagree. They're both elite talents that everyone on this board is glad to have, so I don't see how it could end up as a 'lose-lose'. It would simply come down to personal opinion on shiftiness, or Eddie Lacy-like power? Do you prefer a more elusive back who can also be a pass-catcher, or a more traditional, between the tackles, after contact kind of guy? Since there's no real point, though, I will edit my original post.

i sort of see a michael turner of the falcons here....but with much better moves and vision...this kid has perfected the stiffarm...hey can really do it all with the ball in his hands.
hell, he didnt look bad as a linebacker when he played D!

love this pickup!!

Didn't think we had a chance with him, so this will be a great pick up if it holds through NSD. Would give Irish a 1-2 punch at the RB position with Bryant.
Looking like a nice class is taking shape.

Google Leonard Fournette

Hood's highlights are more impressive in my opinion.

His runs are more interesting and he breaks way more tackles. Fournette just makes a cut and blows by people.

Just so this statement doesn't cause an uproar: I am by no way saying that I think Hood is better than Fournette, just that his highlights are better.

I like his businesslike mentality. Score td, wait for teammates, jog off field.

He looks faster on tape to me than Reggie Bush ever did. Has legs like Jones Drew, talks more sh1t than Chris Johnson, runs over people like Herschel Walker, the same size as Adrian Peterson, has Ron Dayne's chest, has a neck like Jamal Lewis, da *** of Beyonce so it will make it hard for people to wrap him up, probably hung like a porn star, has the biceps of Greg Bryant, the foot speed of Jacoby Ford, and can jump like a spider monkey.

Am I missing anything?

One time I was with Elijah in the back of a pickup truck, along with a live deer. Elijah goes up to the deer and says, 'I'm Elijah Hood! SAY IT!' Then he manipulates the deer's lips in such a way as to make it say, "elijahood."

It wasn't exactly like it, but it was pretty good for a deer.

He's an elite high school running back, built like a machine, and committing to ND.

You'll excuse us if we fawn over him a little.

Honestly if I was to say his NFL comparison I'd say Michael Turner though Turmer may be faster.
