Despite warnings not to, Grubl has constantly tweeted at Notre Dame recruiting targets, and he's a current ringleader of that Facebook cesspool known as Bang Bang Notre Dame Gang. In other words, he endangers the football program we all love by cranking out secondary violations like it's his job, and he's given the finger to everyone who's tried to get him to stop.

Lacking any other options, we're employing the "name and shame" tactic here.

Since you aren't familiar with this situation, I'd suggest you put your soapbox away.

I guess IE allows most anything here, but a minor point: despite this having been motivated by a concern about ND recruiting, this thread probably does belong in the Leprechaun Lounge. Outside persons coming to IE for recruiting news will pop this thing open, probably be appalled [they will typically know nothing of the complexity inspiring it], and will take negative feelings away about the site.

I simply didn't realize which forum it had been posted in. I only look at the Front Page.

Regardless of what one thinks of Grubl or this thread, it belongs in the Leprechaun Lounge.

Guys, I apologize for nit-picking on something like this. It's just that I am so all-focussed on Notre Dame and each small thing which can affect us, I approach every thread and post with this primarily in mind.

Please go and blast this b@stard in whatever way you think is effective in reducing his negative influence on the team and the school.
