I also have no idea where they get drafted, but barring an injury, I guarantee you Chubb will be drafted first.

I'll leave IE permanently if they're both healthy, no off the field issues, and Adams goes first. There's no chance scouts will view Adams higher than Chubb if there are no asterisks to attach.

Pin it - I'm not joking.

That's not much of a gamble. You're right, fully healthy Chubb is much more talented than Adams and many many starting RBs in the NFL

from Golden Nugget Casino in June:

Odds to win National Championship:
Georgia - 33/1
Notre Dame - 66/1

Odds to win SEC championship: Georgia 5/1

Spreads:
Georgia at Notre Dame (-3)

Other selected Notre Dame games spreads:
Notre Dame (-4) at Mich State
USC (-8) at ND
ND at Miami (-6)
ND at Stanford (-9.5)

Other selected Georgia games:
Ga at Tenn (-1)
Fla (-1) v Ga (at Jacksonville)

What does this say about the SEC East?
What if ND joins the SEC East? How would that improve our NC odds? What would be our odds to reach the SEC Championship?
What if USC and Stanford played games against the SEC East?
What if Georgia played Miami?

Life is a masterpiece: The Vince Dooley story(Saturday Down South)
Vince Dooley achieved football immortality for his 25-year stint as the head football coach at Georgia, winning one national title and six SEC championships. If there were a Mt. Rushmore of SEC coaches, the face of Vince Dooley would be etched on it. But to think of him merely as a coach does disservice to the man he is.

In 1980, Vince Dooley received a phone call from a group of Mobile nuns. The call came on the eve of the national championship game pitting Dooley’s Georgia Bulldogs and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The nuns, whom Dooley had known since childhood, were effusive in their praise for the Mobile, Ala., boy who had grown up and was now standing on the precipice of glory.

“Oh we’re so proud of you, Vincent!” the nuns gushed.

Then the nuns wondered if Dooley might score them tickets to the game.

“So I said, ‘Of course!’” Dooley recalls. “I wasn’t going to turn the nuns down.”

Arriving the morning of the game, the Sisters ran in the room and threw their arms around Dooley in adulation. He gladly handed over the tickets as the nuns said their goodbyes and began for the door.

‘Now Sisters, don’t forget,” Dooley said, stopping them for one small request. “Say a little prayer for the Bulldogs!”

“Oh no,” the nuns replied, clasping their tickets. “We’re praying for Notre Dame!’”...

Prayers didn't work...Dawgs and Hershel rolled. Remember it as a game ND could have won, which makes it all the harder to remember.

We had 328 yards total offense to Georgia's 127. Georgia was 1-13 passing for 7 yards. The difference was we had 4 turnovers while Georgia had none. They win 17-10 and they didn't score at all in the 2nd half. I remember Crable had a phenomenal game at LB.

Pack your bags: The SEC's best non-conference road trips for the 2017 season (Saturday Down South)

These two storied programs have never met in the regular season, having only faced once one another in the 1981 Sugar Bowl — which, of course, resulted in Georgia’s last national championship. For Bulldog fans, this trip might be their only chance to watch their team play in South Bend, Ind., in front of Touchdown Jesus.

This game could serve as a national coming out party for both programs. Given the high expectations surrounding Kirby Smart’s program, a win here should provide plenty of momentum for the Bulldogs heading into SEC play. On the other hand, the Fighting Irish could quickly move on from last season’s 4-8 mark with a win over the media’s pick to win the SEC East. Don’t let that record fool you into thinking Notre Dame lacks the talent to test UGA, as the Irish have averaged a Top-11 recruiting class over the past four recruiting cycles, per 247Sports’ composite team rankings.

It should come as no surprise then that this game features the most expensive tickets on the secondary market heading into the 2017 regular season. As legendary Georgia coach Vince Dooley indicated to Saturday Down South during his podcast interview, everyone in Athens is headed to Notre Dame for Week 2 — whether they plan on actually getting into the game or not. Nebraska “invaded” Notre Dame back in 2000; it will interesting to see if the Georgia fan base can accomplish the same task.

I have some extra tickets to this game that just came available. Fairly expensive but figured I'd throw it out there if anyone was interested. Two sets of two together in Sections 105 and 104. PM me if interested

Either way, they didnt seem to miss a beat w/ Fromm in there. I suspect Eason will be a go, but doubt he plays the entire game.

If he's good to go why don't you think he plays the entire game?

He's already a statue in the pocket. His knee injury will probably limit his mobility even more.

Potentially. Apparently some UGA fans like Jake Fromm more than Eason anyway.

It's simple why some Georgia fans like Fromm more. He's a Georgia kid who grew up 100 miles down the road in Warner Robins and was recruited by Smart. Eason is a west coast guy recruited by Richt. So Georgia fans (some, not all) are pulling for the Georgia kid. It has nothing to do with who is more talented.

This. 100%. Id bet money too that Eason isnt a cultural fit in Athens.

We should worry more about Chubb and Michell pushing our shit in though.

Although I have nothing to support this comment other than living in the middle of UGA territory. I'm almost positive they just wanna win, if a kid from Canada could help make that happen...these fans would be all for it.

Hard to believe the #1 QB went across country to play for a HC who's a QB guru, the HC leaves and the QB stays.

I wouldn't have in that situation.

IMO this is the most important game of the Brian Kelly era post-Bama. Should be an excellent look at the state of the program.

Stanford 2015
Clemson 2015
Ohio State 2015
Florida State 2014

All would have been bigger wins IMO. This is on par with Oklahoma 2013.

I live in the middle of it as well and like any school fans play favorites with players. And the Georgia kid always win out.

True that they would have been bigger wins over higher-rated opponents, and were thus "bigger games.". But in a state-of-the-program sense, Kelly didn't have as much at stake in 2014 or 2015 as he does in 2017, and this is the sort of game that can easily set the season on one course or another. If we win, we're in good shape again, confident, all that. But lose, especially lose badly, and the doubts will come back with a vengeance.

IMO, Eason getting hurt is the best thing to happen to them. Fromm played better in limited reps in that game than Eason played all of last year. Much quicker delivery, looked more accurate too.

Compare the drive charts with Eason and the other guy to Fromm and it was crazy. Also, Fromm's QBR in that game was really good and way better than what Eason has shown.

I've always thought ND was going to win this game in large part because Eason played like trash most of last year. I worry a lot more about their offense if they have a QB that can get the ball out on time to the right guy.

From what I have read on twitter, some think the injury isn't serious and some have said that Kirby Smart doesn't know how long Eason will be out. Simply put, we know absolutely nothing.
