They are two of the most humble and hard working kids in the country. Both kids would definitely excel at Notre Dame and Ohio State. The kids that come out of the AWP program have the same traits and work ethic drilled into them. It'd be hard to find two better kids that understand how the whole process works.

Hey Lax you see this guy on twitter that we trolled out of his mind? Everybody look at my profile and check out this Oregon fan

Man, I have gotten way behind on IE & I am slowly catching back up. Twitter is part of the reason that I haven't been on here as much. What is your Twitter name? Also, to anyone else that reads this & is on Twitter, if you don't mind me following you, what's your twitter handle?

Staff should put their focus and efforts on other guys. Robertson, Eichenburg, and Mack are all going to OSU.

I'm not going to argue their work ethic or "RKG"...ness, but yeah, I'm not a big fan of either. Not that I think they're bad, but ND is looking at other recruits that I like a good bit better in my book.

Who, in your opinion, has ND targeted that is better at WR And DE that ND has a realistic shot at landing?

Mack is a stud.......plain and simple. Robertson has some growing to do, as this past season was his first full season playing DE. The kids work incredibly hard, and are both good kids.

As is pretty well documented we have some ground to make up here as we're currently running 3rd by most accounts. However, Jonathan Cooper WDE commit to OSU thinks that he is trending away from OSU. This from a conversation he had with rivals.

"I was trying to make him come to OSU, but I think he has kind of turned [the other way]," Cooper said.

So MSU is #1?

I personally take that to mean its closer than what he previously thought. As of this morning Wiltfong still thought it was OSU, MSU, and ND in that order and I'll go with that for now.

means i don't think they are a fit for ND and the culture of the team/program right now

how can you come to that conclusion...it says you live in Ireland...not sure if true...due you have contacts that have talked with them in the states???

You don't want us to pursue two of the best prospects in the country, whom are both local, because you didn't like how they came off in a couple 2 minute video clips?

I don't believe that you know enough about either of them to be making a definitive call on what kind of people they are.

This is the weirdest case of sour grapes in the history in which grapes that are sour. What does that even mean you say? Exactly.

They haven't even not chosen us yet. If they end up in the class come February, are you still going to say that they do not fit? I would find that very hard to believe.

with him picking OSU on June 7th, along with Mack, our only shots with them will have to flipping at a later date.

The article from the Fort Wayne paper gives the impression that Mack is a little more open and implies that just because they are announcing together doesn't mean they are both picking the same school. They both wanted to announce at the RAS camp partly because Jaylon announced there.

If they want to follow in Jaylon's footsteps, they should follow him to South Bend.

At DE:

Josh King, not even up for debate. He's leagues better than AR.
Ron Johnson
Moose Bledsoe
Julian Okwara (Same height, but JO has a bigger frame with less weight; more muscle)
Khalid Kareem (Similar frame, but further along than AR)

Wouldn't mind Connor Murphy (huge frame with high potential).

I like Mack, but there are a few I like as good or better than him:

Tre Nixon
Ahmir Mitchell
Donnie Corley

WR is honestly not a position of huge need, so missing out on Mack isn't a major deal (just frustrating to lose a big-time in-state prospect).

Not sure where you came up with that. We'll be having a Junior Day on March 27th and hopefully a significant amount of contact. Plenty of chances to make an impression prior to then. Now whether or not that changes anything, who knows.
