Passed out last night watching The Sinner and had a dream thinking I passed out during the game (not gonna happen) and then (in my dream) when I woke up I checked the score on my phone and ND won 26-6. Woke up for real a little later and was extremely happy for about 3 seconds. Realized it was Thursday morning and I had two more days of work left and that ND didn't win......yet.

Go Irish!

I hate to say this (because their were soooo many of them) but I really enjoyed many of the Georgia fans I met last year. They were gracious both before and after the game and they seemed impressed with the campus, our fans, and the game-day experience.

I think my experience last year was well documented. Didn't meet many fans, but I had to sit in front of probably the most obnoxious Georgia fan in the stadium last year

Growing up in the 1980s and 90s when did ND become so uptight with this stuff? You would see flags in the stands pretty often back in the day... now your flags are confiscated and your told to sit down and be quiet??

Any idea how accurate FEI has been early in the season for ranked vs ranked teams? I love the projection, but I'm being cautiously optimistic for this one.

Edit: looking at the projection, I love it even more 12.3% chance of a 25+ pt win, 19.3% chance of a 17-24 pt win, 23% chance of 9-16 pt win, and 20% chance of 1-8 pt win. Time to start drinking the kool-aid. Fuck Michigan!

It's sad that so many of you seem to have battered Cub fan syndrome that you go into opening day not excited for the season but all gloomy as we will lose and no chance for anything good and decent in the world you feel it is time to go cry quietly in the closet for the next 4 months.

Opening day is for hope and renewal and everything will be great feelings...even if your team is crap...and I don't think our team is crap.
