Given the choice between KVR and DD, I'd still rather have KVR back. Luke was picked on against Syracuse, would be nice to let him adjust some more and cut down on the reps. I'd also imagine we'd be able to bring even more pressure by locking down the outside with Riggs and KVR.
I agree with you 100%. The young WR's are tearing it up...literally so much depth it truly is next man in at WR right now. Especially IF Amir is back this weekend. Him, Procise, and Hunter Jr. will be hard to coral. Add in the proven Fuller, Robinson, and Brown and that is 6 WR's that can make an impact. We have #'s at CB but not as many proven, trustworthy yet. KVR is a shutdown force...I have been waiting all year to watch him and Riggs pair up together and shut down WR's. Add in the way Farley is playing and that is 3 playmakers which can only lead to more coverage sacks or INT's.
Is Collinsworth ready to roll this weekend for sure? Would be nice to have his smarts and leadership against one of our toughest opponents this year.
