SO dumb, she was clearly proud and over joyed... it's not like she left your ball cap on, talked through the whole thing while eating a hot dog... now THOSE types piss me off.....
Wearing a ball cap and eating a hot dog is the most American shit there is.it's not like she left your ball cap on, talked through the whole thing while eating a hot dog... now THOSE types piss me off.....
Things like this bother me though.
Kind of directed at this post but kind of a general statement"
I believe that the PC crowd has gotten out of control.
I also believe that the anti-PC crowd is now getting out of control.
Just as the PC crowd is overly sensitive to what is said, the anti-PC crowd is swing to the complete other end of the pendulum. What we need to do is find a middle ground.
smdh
Unless we're talking about children, of course you should just move on.Why? Because something might be offensive enough that someone should stop and deal with it instead of just moving on? I think that the PC crowd has gone to far, but this anti-pc movement that you shouldn't be offended by anything or that if you are offended you should just move on, is just as ridiculous.

Dude,
You were offended by that simple meme.
Wow...just wow

What racism would that be?Really? So there aren't some things that need to be stopped and dealt with? So we should just walk past the racism and ignore it and move on or should we be offended by it, stop and deal with it?
What racism would that be?
NONE of that has anything to do with political correctness. I'm actually glad you brought it up, because it's something the Trump supporters get wrong constantly. Trump acts like an asshole and then his followers are all "oh, look how awesome Trump is, he's so un-PC."Of course you go there. Lets say that you see a person being turned down service and the person doing it uses a racial slur? Do you stop and say something or do you ignore it and walk past?
What if you heard a co-worker who was hiring an employee, say that he wouldn't hire his last interview because he was black? Would you do something about it or just move on?
How about abortion? Does abortion offend you? Do you choose to try and do something about it (such as voting for pro-life candidates, speaking out against abortion, etc)?
There are real things to be offended about in life. Are people too easy to offend currently? Yep, but the opposite side which is don't get offend or just move on seems just as wrong (well not always just sometimes).

My boy Ben Shapiro explains it flawlessly.

Depends on the context. While the video kind of covers it, do you see it as being PC to not use the N word?
Of course that's inappropriate because it's based in hatred. Being based in hatred, it's actual racism and not just political correctness. How would you feel if you were with someone who called a random black person a "stupid ******"? Would you be offended and say something to them? Would you ignore it?

The PC counter-point would be banning The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn from school libraries because there's a character referred to as "Nigger Jim."

I think those people need to get a life. How do you feel about people calling/emailing tv stations to complain about a gay couple kissing on a television show?
Apparently saying “hey guys” or “hey ladies” could cause people to scurry for their safe spaces at UC Davis, so an alternative has been proposed:
War broke out today between millennial media and the cast and creators of CBS' new comedy series The Great Indoors, in which Joel McHale stars as an adventure reporter who becomes boss to a group of millennials in the digital department of their magazine.
The millennial in the group said he did not like it because of the jokes about millennials being coddled, too sensitive and thin-skinned. The woman running the focus group, Gibbons said, clarified: "So, you were offended by millennials being portrayed as too sensitive."

This is a PERFECT example of political correctness gone wrong.
