I know from some scUM alumni contacts of mine that the administration seems against wanting another night game but students/fans/alumni want this to be a night kick.

Sounds like it's still up in the air but I would put my chips on prime time. They'll need every advantage they can get, which would include a rowdy crowd under the lights.

It was fake news. There are no "real" lines out there right now, some idiots on Twitter got a hold of the preseason line (which fluctuated between Michigan -6 and Michigan -7.5) and made a stink about it. And then Crusader repeated it here. Want to know how meaningless that line is? Michigan was also favored preseason by 3 points over Ohio State.

I would guess that the line will depend heavily on how Michigan looks against Penn State. Get blown out on the road and they'll probably open a 1-3 point dog to ND. Get a convincing win over an undefeated team, they could be up to a TD favorite.
