so IE has officially platformed careers for TP and Vancouver now.

Saying IE platformed TP's career isn't correct. He was big before IE, and I don't think IE did much for him.
Good news, but was still expecting...a bit more. Left us with blue balls here.

IE was the training ground for 247's Nick Ironside. He started here as a 12 or 13 year old ... on the original IE board. One of the "Oldtimers".

Unlike most teens looking at the future, Nick knew what he was going to do as an adult. He was focused on becoming a sports journalist. He actually covered a Blue & Gold game with official press credentials issued by ND. The only teenager ever issued ND press credentials. He was 14 or 15 at the time. I could be wrong but believe it was the game when Ara and Lou were honorary coaches. I gave him grief for not asking Lou at the post game presser why he wouldn't "THROW IT TO THE TIGHT END!"
Nick was an active IE poster through HS and college while he was doing free lance work. He flew to California as a teenager for an in depth interview with Joey Getherall and his family. When he became a working stiff he became less active on IE out of necessity. We still exchange an occasional PM or email. It's been enjoyable watching his career develop in real time.

Please don't compare TP to Vancouver. Not in the same category. Not even close.
Sorry I'm out of the loop. But, what or maybe I should say who is TP working for now?

What could have been bigger news on IE's ND Talking Head thread besides nudes of Alex Flanigan?
I heard 247's Nick Ironside quit today. They said he's going back to school to become a teacher. Of course he is.
Might be some other movement soon if I'm reading the tweets correctly.
They're hiring Crus? Not sure if I need italics.Per a source I spoke too last night 247 is gonna supposedly make a splash
