I'm not a basketball fan at all but since the conversation is going that way, why do minutes matter? Dwayne The Rock Johnson does like 45 minutes of cardio plus 45 minutes of weight training before breakfast, why can't LeBron James run around in sneakers and shorts for 40 minutes every other night?

Dwayne the Rock Johnson doesn't have to perform at a top level, or take the abuse of, a professional sport. He just has to smile and look swole.

Yeah there's a big difference between "cardio" and running sprints for 38 minutes where every sprint ends with 15 seconds of physically fighting and getting leaned on by a 240 pound forward who's decided to make you his bitch on national television.

I watch a full nba game and I'm physically exhausted.
