Makes me think that we'll see some new uniforms this year then...Still gold ND on sleeves. And ND band looks like they are in generic band uniforms
arguably a better game than current iterationsNo I haven’t. Last madden was like 2018.
A PS5 bundle with the game I doubt it. I think there has been some PS5 sales around if you lookI hope the ps5 does a bundle with the game, I’ll probably pull the trigger then
Yup. There were a number of bugs in Franchise mode in Madden last year, stuff reported in August that were easy fixes and EA hadn't bothered to touch them as late as May...if they ever got to them. It was some pretty game breaking stuff too, like being unable to make offers on free agents in the off season because your pitches were somehow tied up into last season.Lots of explanations what it is but not why everyone hates it:
Everyone hates it because the lootbox/gambling nature of it has attracted children with credit cards and whales. It has been such a money maker for EA that now they treat Ultimate Team as the defacto "main" mode and have done very little to upgrade or improve franchise mode over the years. They've basically turned Madden into a mobile game where there is a lot of numbers-based incentives to pay to have fun with your $60 video game that was already questionably priced because it's typically a glorified roster update.
If I can't have an option offense like in 14 then I'm out! My sole purpose in NCAA 14 was to win by running the damn ball! The graphics between Madden and NCAA Football were always very similar, if not almost identical. The difference was game play which I hope to God they will keep. It was always easier to pass in NCAA than in Madden and the offenses always to seem to have the advantage versus Madden which always seemed to give defenses the advantage.

Thanks for the rundown! What exactly does this part mean in gameplay terms?Notes from the Mike Straw stream that I caught from Reddit:
- Easier schools will not have giant killer potential

To add to what others have said. It was so common in the previous games to be playing against an absolutely inferior team, and their QB to be playing like prime Michael Vick. On the run to the sideline, across body, thread needle, tuddy... over and over again. Thanks for the rundown! What exactly does this part mean in gameplay terms?
I cant wait to recruit Hardunkathrix FlaxonJaxonWaxonNotes from the Mike Straw stream that I caught from Reddit:
- A ton of time invested in option offenses with animations, efficiency, and speed.
- Online dynasty will not be crossplay this year, but will be down the line.
- Gameplay and core dynasty was major focus for this title.
- Mascot Mode NOT in the game.
- CFB 25 will "play faster" than Madden.
- New catch animations, not seen in Madden (could this just be 1 foot stuff?)
- Helmets could get knocked off
- No ESPN license
- No ESPN GameDay
- There will be a score ticker on the bottom of the screen
- Easier schools will not have giant killer potential
- Dynasty mode and Road to Glory will have "a ton of replay value."
- Major effort put into the dynasty off-season (praise Jesus).
- No BCS, just playoffs (which you can change the number of teams, I think?)
- NIL plays a huge role in Road to Glory and becoming a huge star.
- Recruiting will be very deep
- Team Builder will be very basic, also won't be available right away (per someone in the comment section).
- More detailed options for substitutions.
- PC will come in future releases.
