When does the staff all go in home?
They’re not saying. Seems like we’ll have another in home this week, but they’re not saying when Freeman will be there.

Sounds like OU will have coaches at his game again this Saturday hanging with the fam and Peyton afterwards with Venables going in home the week after.

Some of you are kidding yourselves if you think OU isn't gonna be really good in a couple of years. You can't go off this season. Riley literally left Venables nothing but crap to work with. This was always gonna be a sacrifice year because the leftover kids and transfers were never gonna make the transition to the new system. The Sooners are gonna be just fine after the makeover is complete.
I would agree if they were to stay in the Big12.

Here’s to hoping the portal does more good than bad for us. It’s got to at least lessen the sting.

so nothing new other than he is still headed to South Bend unless HE and family say otherwise on social media and not the OU beat writers

This recruitment reminds me almost entirely of Tillery. Felt like a flip to LSU was incoming on a weekly basis, visited there several times, LSU beat was very confident of it for months, but it never happened and he signed with ND.
I hope you're right. But Tillery was always different (in addition to LSU he also visited Dartmouth, if you recall). And he clearly loved Notre Dame and what it offered. Bowen doesn't quite give those vibes. That said, Bowen clearly saw something in ND to commit here in the first place. Hopefully he still sees it.

I picked up a 5 star as well. Still my best recruiting efforts. Did multiple in home visits, got the parents on board, and even did a Jim Hairball sleep over to seal the deal. I did some facilities and uniform upgrades along the way.
Most important question is did you have to drop a bag of cash to land her though.

But does he sleep in an OU tshirt?

I knew Tillery was Irish when he asked to meet Father Hesburgh on his visit.

Congrats on being the best 3-loss team in the SEC west for the next couple decades!
Oh son! You don't even know what OU is about to become after Venables has weeded out the rest of the leftover garbage and gets his own players on the field. His system works just fine, but you can't run a real system if you don't have the players. The best high school QB in America is on his way and the defensive talent is coming in without even having to pay kids. Ya'll can judge OU on this $#!+show of a season all you want, but trust me, We're comin!
