Boom! Big time addition. Another top 150 OL. Right in ND’s wheelhouse.

Here come the Irish!

Going through the '22 OL's and he and his Dad have some interesting twitter follows going around. Interesting in a good way I'd say. Just said in Schrauth's thread that maybe Quinn's holding back some '22 guys until Rocco announces but I'd take any of the '22 OL's I dig and get this party started.

Committed on Monday when I posted this.

Held his announcement to squelch the Saunders commitment to PSU.

If he's a true 6'5", 280, he will a monster 300+ before he gets to Notre Dame. Some people are saying he's a RT, but I think he could be a guard along with Fisher.

I think Fisher should stay at tackle. Seems very athletic for his massive size.

It seems that the trendy thing to do is be over particular about who can and cannot play tackle. In that world there are no OT’s, only OG’s. Everyone is athletic and good in space but will need to move inside, lol. It’s like nobody ever thought a guy could get more athletic as he hits his peak maturity. Anyways, some of these guys are going to be tackles. I doubt all of Carmody, Fisher, and Tanona end up at OG.

Every guy on ND's roster minus Correll could/would play OT at most P5's.

ND's not most P5's.

I realize that but it’s in all the evals and everything you read on message boards. It’s like everyone expects to see Mike McGlinchey at 23 years of old in every 16-18 year old OL prospect or they can’t play OT.

ND’s loaded with 6’5”+ dudes at OLine on the roster and in the pipeline with recruiting. Some will play guard but a lot could play tackle. Out of them, some will be really good starters for ND. That’s just the way the OLine works at ND.

Zionsville not doing very well this year sitting on a 3-5 record with some lopsided losses.

Zionsville went on a roll in the playoffs and Tanona plays for a 5A state title on Saturday night. Wish him luck but I don’t think they’ll beat Cathedral.

Pretty certain Cathedral wins this as well!

Once again, Cathedral's the #2 team in the state and they are playing with non 6A schools. If I'm their AD, I'd never accept getting moved down. It's 6A or bust.
