I'm thinking 11-1 as well, but these football analyst guys are paid to hype teams up and be optimistic, at least the guys on B/R are. B/r is usually pretty ND friendly, one of the founders is an alumni

Anybody know who this guys are (football backgtounds?) I just don't see undefeated. 10-2 my call.

I didn't see undefeated in 2012 either, but I have much more confidence in this team than I did back then. 12-0 isn't out of the question if we find a way to stay healthier than the last few years.

We're a couple of plays away from being undefeated last year against a tougher schedule.

By game 4 we should have a good idea what SC is.

ND probably controls it's destiny next year if MSU holds serve at home against UM and OSU.

I don't know them either, but I really liked the black fella. He knew his shit and his comments on the QB's damn near had me on #TeamMalik.

But I'm still riding the #KizerTrain.

It's Micheal Felder. He has always done a good analysis. During the season he does some nice "chalk board" break downs.

Michael Felder is awesome. He was a walk on (I think) defensive back at North Carolina and now obviously covers college football for B/R, mostly with video segments like this one. He is involved with their recruiting stuff as well and is at pretty much every Nike regional camp and The Opening. He's also my favorite follow on Twitter, really funny and engages with a lot of people. https://twitter.com/InTheBleachers

I'm not saying out of question, just not where'd I'd bet my money. The schedule certainly appears more favorable than years past. But schedules can be deceiving. We've went into season with schedule ranked #1 and it's fell to shit. Could be opposite this year.

Tony Jones Jr physically looks ready to play. Unless one of our top three rb's goes down I don't see him getting reps at RB this year. Maybe special teams but I bet they redshirt him.

Yeah, I quit assuming that long ago. Best thing you can do is just be happy with a stockyard of talented RB's and see how it shakes out. They just get hurt so easily nowadays. I mean, who the hell thought Adams would have been our main back last season. lol

True. But last year's team with this schedule? I would've said 12-0.

Totally. I hate to say it but I didn't expect a thing from Adams last year and wasn't pumped on his film. This is why I respect staff so much. KNOCK ON WOOD but if Adams, Folston or Dex go down, we could end up seeing Jones jr. I would love to see him but I'd rather have no injuries this year. Love our RB's. I think Folston will be a leader on O and be the number 1 RB as far as snaps but Adams is a home run hitter and a great blocker and reminds me a bit of Darren McFadden when he was at Arkansas, a little bit. Not as big of course but similar body type and stand up running style. Dexter looked great in the spring too an looks in much better shape physically and got praise from Kelly.

On Power Hour, Mike Frank mentioned that he thinks CJ Sanders has to be a guy that steps up and creates some of those big plays that fuller and Prosise did last year. I've been thinking that for awhile now as well. Part of the reason that I think he's jumping right into running with the 1's, after missing spring. Kelly realizes he could be a special talent.

I don't think they should burn Tony Jones' RS. We have folston, Adam's, dexter, and Brent when he gets back.

Tony Jones looks like a running back straight out of 1989. Even got the 30-something number for it. Big dude.

Running backs that redshirt rarely play 4 years. It doesn't make sense to red shirt them anymore.

Man, what a tough decision regarding the Qbs. I would not want to be the one making that decision. They are both capable of playing championship football.
