Is Martin going to stick around for next year? I know nothing about his draft potential, but he's only going to get better and it'd be nice to have that bookend in place for the foreseeable future.

I'm assuming you're talking about Zach Martin. Sadly, this is his last year. Some mock drafts had him going in the second round of THIS years draft but he did Kelly a huge favor and is staying for one last year

Some things in there jumped at me.
- GOLSON!!! Leadership, confidence, and he is really pushing the tempo. That brought a big smile on my face.
-Talking about smile, seeing BK with a satisfied and relaxed grin is very good if you ask me.

Daniel Smith looked surprisingly good in that video, kinda nice to see him step up. Ishaq and Shembo looked huge in that video!! Day also looked like he stretched upwards a bit, may have been due to the camera angle. This team looks much improved from a few months ago.

Who is #17? We need that roster link dug up, I can't find it.

Onwualu. The kid's been featured in almost every practice highlight video thus far.

The thought just came to me that if the offense improves even modestly (increase in red zone efficiency primarily) and the defense remains close to what it was ND is going to destroy damn near every team on the schedule this year.

Looked like he came down pretty hard on the shoulder. He definitely didn't pop up. Hope he's ok too.

The practice video wasn't from today's practice and he was practicing today according to the media watching.

I thought I remembered reading he was back in pads full-go after the first week, but I may be wrong.

I want to see how he looks at 322lbs. If he still can rush the passer at that weight, wow.

They may not be competing much Onwualu is getting reps inside and outside. The amazing catch he had along the sideline was from outside, (and did you notice what he does to defenders.) I am calling it, Freshman All-American! LOL.

Did anyone else notice Elmer against Shembo, crap are his feet fast and his balance and hands good!
