Are we certain Hartman is fully locked in at ND? I only ask because we haven't seen him made available to the press which is....odd. All of the other grad transfers were interviewed and some of the incoming freshman but the player who'll be the face of the team this next year hasn't had his moment at the mic?

I don't want to ring alarm bells but it seems like a curious thing. Maybe I missed something?

There'd no doubt be character flaws that would show up in the locker room and cause division, if not outright ass-whoopins at the Y (probably one in South Bend). I applaud ND for their prescience.

I don’t think it’s odd at all. He would be asked about a topic that the staff is in the middle of finding a resolution for. Best to wait until a coach is hired for any player to speculate about the situation.

My thoughts are that he's getting paid plenty well, but if it were made public it would only jack up the price of current and future players.
