247 has an interview up with Thomas Graham Sr. and per usual he is all in on ND. Sure hope we can lock this up. Getting him and Adebo would be a great way to follow up last years class, which as we've seen, has some young guys that should turn out pretty good.

I don't like Julian Love starting outside, I think he is the perfect nickel corner but this guy dare I say would be in the two deep right when he stepped foot on campus? Plus I think he has more overall talent and explosion than Love

Agreed. No way he starts as FR. Crusader is grossly understating how the staff views Love, Vaughan and Pride. Not to mention Crawford and Watkins coming back.

Sounds like he won't play until his senior year or until enough guys get hurt. At some point next year he'll start / be the #1 nickel. I'll stick by that

Yea, all I was simply saying was that he doesn't start at any position immediately. Obviously injuries and other measures make mid-season possibilities wide open. Either way, I hope we find out. Would be exciting to get Abedo and Graham.

You being serious? Do you mean for a long period of time. Or just anyone that has committed to the staff and waited to announce it, because that's essentially what a silent commit is and it happens more frequently than you might be giving credit for.

Off the top of my head, A good example to the above is, Elijah Hicks. He committed while on campus and waited a few days to announce.

Most of our NSD day commits and our AA game commits are silents at one point or another.

90+% of uncommitted NSD & AA announcements are by nature silents.

I remember Shumate and Morgan were both silents, but didn't want to make it public till the Army All American game.

Like others have mentioned its actually the opposite. Sources inside the Gug are usually overly optimistic.

My assumption it's someone covering the Pac 12 beat, UCLA, etc. Loy is originally from Cali, so that would be my bet on why he feels confident enough to post it.

I really hate that the 247 mentioned this. IMO it can only do harm, like honestly what is the point of this? It's Loy flexing his muscles and acting like he is the only one who would know this info. You never see scout, rivals or ISD ever do stuff like this. 247 has done this a couple times and a couple times it has blown up in our faces and turned out to be not true.
