Someone on Rivals is saying Meningitis - hopefully they can got to it quickly. Parker seems like a fighter so I'm sure it will just make him stronger. Prayers.

I had spinal meningitis as a kid. Caught it at baseball camp. It sucked. I was in the hospital for about a week.

"Parker is being released today from the hospital. Results came back today and he has viral meningitis (not bacterial thank goodness). He will still need a few days to recover but will be back on the field and in the classroom better than ever. Thank you all so much for your calls, texts, and messages. We are so overwhelmed by everyone that reached out and know we are extremely blessed. Next time we all see Parker's name on ESPN it will be for what he does on the field not off. Love you all!"

I know it's not the case but it almost seems like viral would be worse than bacterial. Viral just sounds more dangerous.

I've read in the past that viral meningitis is generally less severe than bacterial but they can both be fatal without treatment.

I was just listening to some WSBT radio show, that had Tyler James on as a guest. They spent a while talking about the O line. Just wondering what is going on with P-Money?

Is he still a bit sick, or has he been with the guys at Culver?

He's been practicing. We probably won't hear much about him this year because there is a 99.999999% chance that he will redshirt. His name will probably surface next year if Nelson goes pro.
