Lot of people don't like Dan Orlovsky (though I don't understand that at all.)
He is QB-smart, analyzes offenses superbly and defenses pretty good, and is full of energy.
I see no "southern bias" in him (naturally) and no OSU/MI bias either.
He's actually quite humble.... self-deprecating ... not afraid to make fun of himself.
I've enjoyed every broadcast I seen of his. (despite the apparent minority opinion that this is.)

Dan was on my flight to Indiana on Friday. Really nice guy. I think he’s an excellent analyst.

Burmiester is good. Steve Beurlein is also pretty good, IMO. Nobody ever mentions him.

Honestly the worst thing about Jac is that he just has a terrible voice. No gravitas at all. I think his call of the Morrison int return confirmed for me that he can't make a moment feel epic.

I seriously have no issue with Garrett. The average color commentary we get on our ESPN afternoon games is way worse. At least Garrett keeps it to football.

Lol no. NBC has had worse and considering the network doesn't even give us a true pre-game show and would rather have on Family Feud before kickoff tells me not to care too much about their product.
