Keith?

There's somebody named Keith here?

Six months ago the recruiting services listed his weight ranging from 185 - 195. Under Armor's roster listed him at 190. Was the 190 in your piece current a file weight or an update?

So, I have come up with the nicknames for our freshman RB tandem:

#25 Tarean "Turbo" Folston
#1 Greg Bryant aka. "Greg the Beast"

Other ideas were "Tarean the Terrible", "Gladiator Bryant", "TNT Folston", "The Minotaur".

I think this is one of those things that probably should not have been shared, unless you are under the age of 14....

I actually like the Turbo nickname.

But Greg the Beast??? That's, well, not my cup of tea. I'll be nice and say it's kinda unoriginal and a bit dull for my tastes. "Beast" has been overused for quite some time now...

Nicknames for RBs are pretty tough. However, my favorite...The Bus!

WhiskeyJackyl it is then. Let us commit this to memory.

And on a Jackyl sidenote, I actually worked with former lead singer, Ronnie Honneycut, (yeah, I had to Google it too when I first heard about this) for a little while. Not in the music industry either.

I would (maybe not so humbly) submit that a handle which shortens to "Whiskey" cannot be improved upon.

No Googling necessary. Honneycut was a pioneer in unlocking the musical potential of the majestic chainsaw.

the Rb in my class in hs got dubbed " the barbarian" by the local media because 1. he dominated
2. first name Konrad (they tied that to conan i guess)

I thought it was a Juice Williams joke...the former Illini QB/bust/turnover machine.

True.

I guess I, like the rest of the world, forgot for a few moments that Illinois had a tackle football team.

Bryant's Twitter avatar is now a drawing of him as a Minotaur.

What have you done, Sean?

Surprised to see Folston checked in at 207 lbs versus Bryant at 204 lbs.

Always envisioned Bryant as more of the bruiser.
