Wiltfong still thinks its PSU or ND and sources close to both programs think they are getting Anzalone. Basically everything seems to cancel out (academic offerings, friends in the program, relationship with coaching staff all specifically mentioned) and Wiltfong has no idea which of the two it will be; only will be surprised if it is UF.
