I know you're gonna laugh but I have absolutely no idea what Tapatalk or godaddy is. I just use my phone, go on Google and go to irishenvy.

If you're just using your browser, you shouldn't be having any issues. We had some issues with bot attacks on the site that made the server time out, but thanks to Irish#1, we should be better on that end now.

Tapatalk is an add-on. I’ll have to look at the files to see if it’s there. If it isn’t I’ll have to see what it takes to reinstall. There’s also a newer release of the software. I haven’t read all the notes, but it has additional security measures.

Serious note, no idea. Google adsense just seems to do its own thing.

We can report ads that popup and request not to have users see specific ones, I think, but that's about all. That would be @Whiskeyjack 's specialty.

Have you tried an Ad block?
I know it takes away maintenance revenue, but I'd personally rather give directly and have done so in the past.

Are you on iPhone? If so, click the top left on the address bar and select “hide distracting items” and then select the ads. The ads have all but disappeared for me.

I try that and it just shows me when the security certificate for the site will Expire (June 30 for those scoring at home) but no option to get rid of ads.

Bump. Can we get this fixed? IIRC just certain sub threads don’t show on the main page might need to flip a switch on that whole 2028 section.

What forum is it not showing up? Just 2028? Will check this now.
