Saw Jimmy Carter was out building Habitat for Humanity houses at age 95 - amazing human being, great man. Horrible president. Struck me that he and Donald Trump are pretty close to polar opposites. Put those guys, in their primes, on a ballot for President today - each competing for a second term - and who do you vote for?

Blagoyobitch - or whatever his name is - was a pretty bad one too. I guess there may be a difference b/w a pardon and clemency but it is pretty much the same in my book.

Disappointed he didn't pardon Snowden and Assange. That would have been a nice middle finger on the way out the door. Or pardon Hunter for shits.

Hopefully the Dems will make an honest and full throttle attempt at holding people in real positions of power accountable. The smart money would be that they come up with some half baked excuse not to.

You forgot italics. They will witch hunt just like they have for four years. Can't wait to hear what Hunter is up to next. Price just went up.

Gary Oldman as Nancy Pelosi?

The old hag from arrested development will be Nancy.

Christian Bale as McConnell
Michael Cera as some MAGA guy who went inside and then realizes this was not a good idea.

Benedict cumberbatch as Josh Hawley.

Gary Oldman as McConnell...could just revive his getup from Interview with a Vampire

Bill Paxton as some MAGA guy who went inside and then realizes this was not a good idea.

Nicholas Cage as Josh Hawley.

Edited for my picks and I stand by my Oldman as Pelosi call.

Too bad Kenneth Mcmillan died. He would be a no brainer for Trump.

Danny McBride could play the dude with the tattoos and mongol hat thing.

That's what was so surprising about them winning the two seats in Georgia, and having the majority in the Senate. I assumed the GOP would win by a hair so the two parties can stage fights and fuck us all. It'll be harder for the DNC to not give their constituents what they want with the current power they hold. I have faith in them, though. The GOP managed to fuck their constituents four years ago when they held the same power, so I'm confident the DNC will be able to do the same.

One thing that I would think would be bipartisan in nature would be comprehensive campaign finance reform to deal with the insanity that was unleashed due to the Citizens United Ruling.

Seeing Biden sitting there with the stack of things to sign reminds me of that Blazing Saddles scene with the Gov, “work, work, work...hello boys”...
