Reps, Shake! Good to see ya stop in, congrats on the addition.
What’s up Crew! We moved to the Denver area. Actually pretty far out from Denver, Roxborough is the name of our little city. Glad to be back West of the Mississippi.

Was selfishly hoping you moved back home... you going to the Spanish Market this year by chance??
Awesome, enjoy it. Congrats on the 2nd daughter and living in a great area of our country. I loved my time near Denver.
Not quiet but close! Drivable now.
Where you guys a now brotha? We will get back to Mexico 2.0 often. Actually just spent a long weekend down visiting family in Silver City. Stopped in Hatch and... you know![]()
Congrats. Daughters are the best thing there is.

Thanks guys it really means a lot. I will admit I was a little sad when we found out we were having a girl at our 20 week appointment. I always wanted a boy first. But now I am so glad to have a girl, I wouldn’t change it for the world. She is perfect.
We were blind sided in the hospital after we were minutes away from being discharged. Millie’s bilirubin levels rose and we needed to spend another night in the hospital while Millie spent the next 16 hours under a UV lamp and blanket.
We were prescribed a UV blanket to bring home with us the next day and needed to have her spend as much time on it as possible. The doctor called yesterday to tell us she could be removed from it since her blood test from that day came back lower. Doctor asked that we do 1 more test tomorrow (today).
Today, the doctor called back and told us that Millie’s levels rose again and she was just a fraction short of readmitting us. She needs to be back on the blanket for the next 23 hours.
It’s pretty sad since we aren’t really able to really hold her and she needs to have a eye mask on for the next day. But she is pretty content since the blanket is warm. It makes the nighttime sleeping hell so expecting zero sleep tonight.
Has anyone else ever had to deal with this? It’s supposedly very common in preemis.
Our son was born on 4/9 and was 8.5 weeks premature. We just discharged Friday night. He was under the bili light for about week and half, they took him off for two days just to go back on for another 3 or 4.
I'll tell you that no matter what happens (another day with blanket or readmittance) you will look back on that time and realize how fast it went by and how it's totally worth your child to be healthy when u finally do get that chance to hold ur daughter. Hang in their brotha.
Praying for u guys.
My wife & I had a special moment as parents this week. When she picked our 8-year-old daughter up from daycare Tuesday, the head of the daycare called my wife into her office for a chat. Apparently one of the boys has a bit of a crush on Little Miss and was annoying her by hanging around when she was trying to ignore him and play with one of her friends instead. Finally, she yelled out him, "F*** off!" Yeah, what a special moment in a parent's life to have that conversation with the daycare person and find out your princess is actually a longshoreman with a potty mouth.

I just watched that and what tripped me out was the dad sounds exactly like me,... it was super strange.
Yeah, that was me. The red head is my son, whom we've taken to calling "Tiny Trouble" for years.
