I am sure it was all Jack and no one else had any input in any way. It was all lame duck Jack and the rest of the board and admin had no say in any way.

Jack is an attorney who helped broker a number of large high profile deals before he ever became the AD. I could be wrong, but I have to think Jack inserted some terms about UA's solvency and SLA's

Ain't this the damn truth. Having lived in the Cinci/Dayton area for 25 years now (But didn't grow up here) the Skyline connection is a damn thing down here. To me they're just crappy conies. I grew up next to an old school A&W though, all the old signage and they still came up to your car window drive in style and they put a tray on your window for your food.

Our old school stand was B-K. They were big in IN, MI & OH thru the 80's. Still have some independently owned stores that are open. One we'll hit is a couple miles from campus on the SB/Mishawaka border. The K in B-K was my Dad's attorney, Bill Kenefick. He was an ND alum.

Thats what it looks like to me. I really like the look, maybe one of the few. That gorgeous gold helmet the boys will be wearing will clear up any of the Penn St confusion.

I liked the pants a lot more in the 90s and 2000s when it was more of lighter gold. Loved those. They kind of evolved into more of darker gold almost yellow. Love the white pants. Thought the Clemson unis last year were sweet. Hope to more of them or the lighter gold pants worn previously.
