Doesn't really matter. Whenever the NCAA sends the notice of their findings, michigan has 90 days to respond. That's already past this year's national championship.
Are we sure there isn't anything in the bylaws that allows the NCAA to expedite this where scUM would have to respond sooner?

Right. My main point is this is going to become a long running argument that never gets brought to “justice” where one fan base continually defends their team’s misdeeds calling those who disagree “haters” while the rest of the world will always refer to them as ”cheaters” and knowing how crazy scUM fans are I predict we see some violence occurring at away games when trash is being talked. Trash is always talked but this will be next level b/c fans are dumb.
In the final end, no matter what happens, it's still F@ck Michigan!

What’s stopping teams from just flat out refusing to play UM? Probably won’t happen but man it would fun if it did.

I really think -- were it not for lost revenue -- the final four teams on Michigan's schedule should've released a statement refusing to play them and tried to force the Big Ten's hand.

I was thinking this same thing. There is a high school in Columbia, SC (Gray Collegiate Academy) that is notorious for recruiting illegally. A bunch of the other schools in the area have forfeited games - in a number of sports - by no-showing as a protest. It would be great to see it happen in this case... but money...

This would be beautiful, but yeah...B1G teams have already shown they'll cave for the good of the conference and cash. During the COVID season when OSU was ineligible to play in the Conference Championship Game because they failed to make the minimum games played requirement, Indiana SHOULD have been declared the B1G East Champion and gone on to play for the championship for the first time since '67. Instead they rolled over so OSU could get richer and have a shot at the playoff.

Unfortunately, no. As Pops linked, maybe if UM or coaches don't cooperate, the NCAA can prescribe penalties for that, but I think those might be separate from the penalties for the cheating itself. The NCAA bylaws are basically all written very poorly, so who knows, really.

That said, everything I've read and heard says the NCAA part is gonna drag out. The B1G is the one that could swing a hammer quickly.

Lawyers weigh in on how NCAA investigation could impact Michigan

At a minimum to continue on fheir remaining opponents need to be provided the Michigan signals and they can’t change them.

Or demand extra time on the play clock so they can run all their plays in from the sideline. MSU may have had a heads up last week but they were still severely disadvantage by the burden of hiding their play calls.

Or by their lack of talent.

Some plausible message board support that the practice video reports are true.

I say ''plausible,'' because pretty specific information is now being provided. George Momirovic is the Ohio State director of football technology. The rumor is that Stalions obtained his log-in information and used it to download Ohio State practice footage, which was discovered by a 3rd party IT firm auditing UM computers related to the Matt Weiss issue.

Harbaugh said earlier this year that every assistant on his staff could be a HC one day...

LOL. Not anymore!!!!
We all could be if we study the UM cheating manifesto. The guy needs to get a publisher and at least make some money off this. He’s already tarnished his reputation, might as well profit so I can laugh at UM some more.

The biggest indictment on Harbaugh would be if he actually stood up Santa Ono… Santa Ono is the only good thing about scUM.

We’re at the point now where people could actually end up going to jail over this. It’s not just a NCAA issue.

Have you heard anything beyond what has been shared in this thread? Just curious
