Who knows how either game ends up but as I draw I disagree strongly... either way, we will all be watching ND bc of the obvious but yeah.

How? Mississippi State's offense is more entertaining than Sparty or ND. UGA's defense is better than both too. Seems like a better match up to me.

Unless you are a punt aficionado ND/MSU will be a worse for neutral football fans.

You guys are overlooking that this guy called Mississippi State "the real MSU". The same State whose greatest accomplishment in program's history is a division title.

Yeah, that was a dumb comment for sure.

All I'm saying, from all I know, I can see any neutral fan laughing at a game between MSU (with little hype or energy this year) vs a Notre Dame squad that about half the country hates and thinks is lame, coming off a 4-8 season, having already lost a prime time game in favor of a top 20 matchup of two unbeaten SEC teams... it's not close. If ND had beaten UGA, and MSU felt like they did a few years ago, it'd be different I'm sure.

15 years ago. I remember watching this game at work, thirsting for a win against Michigan State after several years of losses to the Spartans. I was really pulling for Arnaz Battle, even after he was moved from QB to WR. When he caught that slant pass from walk on Pat Dillingham and weaved his way 60 yards for a TD to put us up. Hearing Tony Roberts call that play is awesome.
