Signature “versus” dogs will feature hot dogs where the ingredients are centered around the location of the opponents Note Dame football will face this season. Examples are the New Mexico Dog with Pico de Gallo, green chiles, chipotle aioli, mozzarella and green onion and the Navy Dog with lump crab sauce, roasted corn, green onions and an Old Bay Aioli, both atop a Eisenberg beef hot dog.

What kind of hot dog will be introduced for the USC game?

Struggled in a win against Sam Houston State. Their QBs were 18-40 for 340 with their better passer only 12-29. Their defense gave up 450 yards passing so Book better have a field day.

FYI - be prepared for a 'RTDB' kind of day. Need to keep what receivers the Irish have now as healthy as they can.
