I will be pissed if ND does not score at least 60.
I mean, that's a high point total man... you'd be mad if it ends 49-7??

Means they are starting Sheriron Jones formerly of Tennessee
Didn’t BK have a presser today?
So can we count this as a SEC game?
Updated FEI ratings are out. ND's currently ranked 11th at .52. Notable opponents are:
Georgia - 3rd - .91(!)
Stanford - 37th - .20
USC - 41st - .14

I would say Michigan at #9 is notable too.
How does that happen when the lower ranked team just beat the turds out of the higher?
Not saying it's skewed, but it makes zero sense.
All of these advanced models start out with pre-season projections. As the season progresses, that data gets phased out in favor of the actual results. USC and Stanford have only played two games, so there's still a lot of pre-season projection data in there.
And it's not far-fetched to think that Stanford may still end up having a better season than USC. Costello is coming back, while Daniels isn't.
Added; I'm really failing to multi-task well this morning.
With the way Michigan, Stanford and USC have been playing, 11-1 is looking pretty good right now. But that's assuming Book settles down, Chip Long gets the offense sorted, and we get some of our injured skill players back in the time for Michigan.
OK then, if you say so. I would think a 25 point win would be enough to justify a jump over the other team, but maybe I'm wrong. The logic I'm not even going to try to wrap my head around.
At this point, you can add ND to the list of teams that have been less than impressive up to this point. USC did have an impressive win over Stanford. ND, on the other hand, has failed to show it can equal last year's results. With Georgia looming ahead in a week and a half, we are in need of some drastic improvement and fast.

This is probably the saddest back and forth I've ever seen with an opposing beat writer.
Dude seems like he needs to be put on suicide watch.
Are there any other bars open early on gameday around or decently close to campus other than The Backer? I like Mitch’s but I’m pretty sure they open at 11ish on gameday.
I must be missing something. Seemed like a general back and forth with a beat writer who understands the team he covers.

I guess.
Usually when you read those, the other side is usually at least a little upbeat.
With the Bob Davies news, nearly getting handled by a FCS squad, and ND coming up... it read pretty glum to me.
