Isn't that all "no parking on gameday" street parking?
Thanks for the idea.
Not if you go down a couple of blocks. Still walkable. I think there's an apartment complex called "Notre Dame Apartments" and the street there is parkable.

Watching the first two days of college football, no one impressed me. Hopefully the Irish will.

Watching the USC -UNC game last night was awful. I mean awful....., the HBC had to throw everything but the kitchen sink last night. I think between Cooper, and the wildcat position, 5 people lined up at QB in the game. He also ran a fake punt in the first quarter lol. One thing is for sure, USC's defense is much better than last year.

OH and Hood..... still makes me sad.

Just watched it and I must say, I hope the players prepare for the football game a little better than they did for that pep rally :)

I've actually only seen maybe 2 that pumped me up. Shembo's bike seat escapade and when the kid was breaking wooden boards with his head

When Rocket speaks at them, they are usually pretty good.

Pep rallies are always cringe, no matter what level of football we're talking about. ND's are no different. I even cringe at the Te'o one, and apparently people like that one.

It's a bunch of football players trying to keep a straight face while they act faux tough to a crowd of bored college students and adults with kids who want to see the players up close.

You take all the excitement of the above and filter it through a low quality feed with terrible sound quality. Pretty much sucks.

...IMO.

Which one had the board breaking?

That Michigan pep-rally was the last one I've been to, and I decided to go on a whim. I'm glad I did, it was absolutely excellent...in a weird way at times. Even after the Te'o saga that went down at the end of the year, he still lost his grandmother the previous week and he was playing with a lot of heart, the whole team was. Just an epic game, and it's hard for me to decide which Michigan win was more entertaining to watch as a result, '12 or '14.

'14 was one of the single greatest games of my lifetime. Watching UM get blanked, ending on an INT returned for TD, seeing their players hobbled, hearign the fan's chant "hey hey hey, goodbye" was one of the most amazing feelings I've ever had. I'm pretty sure I woke up the next morning and just giggled for 3+ mins like Ron Swanson on Parks and Rec when he saw Christian Becksvoort at the Indiana woodworking show.

It was a delicious combination of happiness and schadenfreude

I've parked there for at least 15 straight games. As long as you're good with walking a bit, you're golden. Plus, you get out quickly after the game while others are stuck in the parking lots.

Favorite pep rally was when Niklas talked about the pain, for obvious reasons.
