So last year we saw our defense be historically good (shuting out scUM) and historically bad (northwestern)

Where does this year's D fall on this spectrum. Consistently towards the first? Some where in the middle? Still sporadic and susceptible to spread hurry up?

Offense has 1 unknown, at its biggest position. Should be fun/interesting to watch unfold.

Can Yoon handle the pressure this year? We will be in a lot of big games with big kicks that could be the deciding factor.

What's everyone have for the menu tonight? I have some bacon jam working in the slow cooker and I am going to serve it as an appetizer with some toast points. The wife is preparing a crab boil and we have a few other snacks throughout the day.

I have two slabs of ribs warming on the kitchen counter now, they were just salted. Then they go in the smoker around 1:30, I'm going to try something new with wrapping in them in foil with a sauce for the last hour. Hoping they turn out as good as I'm imagining.

Making some homemade buffalowings and homemade blue cheese sauce.

Sounds delicious. I love le bleu fromage.

Grilled blackened gator tail, corn on the cob rubbed with parsley butter, and low country boil. Oh, and Grilled peaches.

Um.... can you make room at your table? Sounds delicious.

I can't stand the CBS college football production. They do golf better than anyone and I enjoy their NFL presentation, but NBC and ABC/ESPN trounce them for college football.

A lot of good pre-game on all the major networks favoring the Irish. Much talk about the defense's returning starters, Zaire and the receiving corp....

Most all of the networks fail to mention the strength the Irish offensive line, new coaches and depth at TE that are going to ruin Texas' day/night/trip !!!
