MY plane leaves tonight at 6 from Des Moines. My two best buds who I grew up watching every game with and I rented a house in Austin, and the wives are coming too!

Austin's going to be out of Lone Star by the time I leave Monday morning.

GO IRISH!

Dude... You are going to be in Austin, home of some really fucking good breweries. Don't drink Lone Star. :/

I want Malik and Kizer on the field at the same time. I don't care.

Can you think of anything greater than the offense coming out with both of these guys on the field for the first offensive play? And Texas having to call a time out?

Oh I know. Spent about two months there last year! Just happen to like Lone Star for the fridge stash.
They say it tastes like Corona that's been pissed in, but, whatever.

One of the Texas posters:

If by experience you mean sitting on your butt for a year while redshirting then yes, Notre Dame has more experience doing that. If you mean experience by starting games, UT has more experience.

Notre Dame fans think their rushing defense will be better this year than last after losing 7 of their top 8 tacklers including their top 3 in TFLs. Keep in mind that they gave up 175 yards a game rushing last year, so they were not great. I predict UT will have 175 yards rushing at the half.

UT practices against a better back 7 than Notre Dame. UTs second string of 5 DBs is better than Notre Dames starters. Unleash hell indeed.

This is the same guy that thought UT's OL would be far superior to ND's simply because they had more starts. He's probably not all that off on their secondary being better than ours, but he certainly is overlooking Cole Luke and probably doesn't realize how talented Crawford is.

Now I know how ridiculous we sound to other fans. LOL

I hope you made note of where the post was at, so you can go all Derek Vinyard on him when ND beats ut down on Sunday.

So am I the only one that thought the video was corny?

I did also. I watched it earlier and thought - meh - just watched it again after seeing everybody's praises - still meh.

I sure do miss the days of Turning Point and their videos...

Video was ok. But definitely no where near the level of the Turning Points Protect this house Friday videos.

Are these BR videos broadcast as commercials on cable?

I think it was good for a primer, but it definitely has a cable television ad quality to it, unlike the Protect This House Friday vids.

The BR videos are not made to attract people our age. They are entirely designed to draw the attention of the younger people. My 12 year old loved it.
