Section 303. And I lied, they were $45

MetLife Stadium is pretty awesome but it's like any other NFL stadium where you will be pretty far away at the highest levels. My seats are in one endzone so I won't be able to see the action at the other side of the field very well.

I go to a lot of Panther games, and always go up top. The view is pretty sweet and you don't feel far away at all really.

South? I don't know if it's actually south, but the bottom when they show you the seating chart.

Perfect, thanks. Have been balking on pulling the trigger because I didn't want to guess wrong and wind up in a sea of Syracuse lol

Can anyone help me decide? My three options are all upper-deck.

$90 for 50-yard line (Syracuse side)
$90 for goal line / corner (Notre Dame side)
$55 for end zone (Notre Dame side)

No contest. There will undoubtedly be plenty of ND fans around you there, Syracuse fans tend not to show out for football, and those few that do won't likely be aggressive.

PM me. I sold two Michigan tickets to greyhammer90 so the universe owes me some ticket karma.
If you want to hold out till the game time is announced I might be selling my tickets on the ND sideline, upper deck. depending on the time of the game I might be able to make it. I have to two tickets.

hoping not for a night time game because taking my 7 year old...looking at the acc schedule for that day the 2 most likely to be prime time games at night are fsu vs nc state or unc vs clemson

Hope for the best that it will be a 330pm game

I'm definitely hoping for a 3:30 kickoff as I'm going and would rather get home at a reasonable time. That being said, I'm all for the most exposure so if ESPN wants to put us on at 8 so be it.

The later the better as far as I'm concerned. I'll be coming off an overnight shift at work, so I could use all the sleep I can get lol

Unless, of course, they announce a noon kickoff.

Well my buddies and I went over this potential start time.. And we all agreed that we MUST take full advantage of a day away from the wives/gfs/kids no matter the start time. Especially due to the fact that we have a local bar catering the event and driving us there and back.

So if this game starts at noon we will be in the parking lot at 8am involving ourselves in all the ingredients of a good tailgate.

Perfect, you guys can pick me up. Where are you coming from? I can meet you in White Plains, Poughkeepsie, Yonkers... your call.

Poughkeepsie works for me. Newburgh is even better as I am at the crossroads of 84 and the Thruway.

I don't know why they wait so long to announce the start time. I'm arranging a bachelor party and need to be involved with events. Since I'm the Best Man, I get to decide when those are. I gambled and put in an afternoon event and saved the evening for some football. This is, in itself, risky, as I will be the only ND fan in a sea of Buckeye fans... they might tie me up to keep the channel on the boring waste of a game the Bucks are playing that night, but I'll burn the cabin down to escape.

Just casual conjecture here but looking at the schedule of games for that week, I would guess this game will be a prime time kick off. My liver is really starting to miss our afternoon games.

It's because that's how the ACC does it.

They don't want to run the risk of a 1-2 team facing an 0-3 team in prime time. Putting the best matchup in the evening is good business. The only people annoyed by it are the dedicated fans who are going to watch no matter what, so this way you keep your base and supplement it with casual fans who would only tune in for a good game.

What are the odds of them filling the seats at MetLife Stadium? Can't envision there being much of atmosphere for that game.

CSN ND reports JJ Stankevitz reported that the Mizzou-SouthCarolina game got the 7pm ESPN slot on the 27th. 8pm primetime could still go the ND-Syracuse.

My goodness an 8pm kickoff would suck. I don't think I'd make it to gametime after a day of tailgating. That and I have a wedding to go to the next day haha

So I guess I'm in the minority on this, but I love the night games (national exposure, great atmosphere, premium slot on a major network). I'll definitely have to pace myself though since we'll be tailgating all day.
