Only at ND would something like this happen during a time when the NCAA literally is lawless and has no oversight. Other schools are openly cheating and nothing happens. Anyone want Michigan tickets?

Impossible to say at this point. If we've lost all four of those guys for the season, I'd probably revise my W/L prediction from 9-3 down to 8-4. If some of them are only facing the loss of a game or two, then I'll stick with 9-3.

I'm not worried about program-threatening sanctions. All of the rumors have been related to academic fraud, and that sort of thing is pretty obviously not endemic at ND. Suspending Golson for the entire 2013 season would make no sense if it was.

If we are forced to vacate wins or not be able to go to postseason games that would be a horrendous this especially if God forbid there's deeper stuff. Kill may be a dramatization (and I'm the long of drama) but this could kill our program because these next few years we could've made a run and now be it because of suspensions or possible bowl bans that run could very possibly be slowed down to a power-walk.

I still want to know how this leaked.

This feels like a Trojan fan gaining admittance to ND, blowing/banging our players, doing some homework for them, then blowing the whistle.

Let's not rule this out

So because THEY decided to sit on the case for a couple months and the story hit, they're gonna add extra games to the punishment...Seems like the players are getting punished for the admins laziness.
