@SolidVerbal: Ah, to be young RT @LindseyThiry: "I'd play for Lane Kiffin until I die - even at the next level" - #USC receiver Marqise Lee
My wife is an Usher near the tunnell at Notre Dame and she's one of the most upbeat positive people you would ever meet. It's every ushers' responsibility to speak to evey person they meet and tell them, "welcome to Notre Dame". A few years ago USC came to Notre Dame and Layne Kiffin was coming out of the tunnel and my wife smiled and said, "welcome to Notre Dame!" Kiffin responsed, "does it look like I need a F*#%ing welcome here". The head of campus security wasn't far away and quickly chased down Kiffin and told to NEVER speak to anyone at Notre Dame like to that again.
My conversation with him wouldn't have been as friendly.
This guy is a terrible human being.
Is this for real?
Score! I just hope he means it: USC Trojans' Pat Haden says Lane Kiffin not on hot seat - ESPN Los Angeles

Typical USC.........
150-100 = 50
50 is 33.3% of 150.
Typical USC.........
150-100 = 50
50 is 33.3% of 150.
But 150-50=100
But being down 50% of 150 is 75.
I have a lightning storm in my brain.

The coaching reassurance is almost as much as signing a death sentence.
You're right...if you have to keep giving these reassurances then there is already a problem.

I think it is on the list right behind the "I promise to pull out" reassurance and just behind the "I put the check in the mail, yesterday" reassurance.

Thanks for the update. Sounds like fall practices and spring practices will still be open, but they will be shut down once it's game week.
In other words, during the season it will be like 95% of all other college football programs. But they will still get access to coaches and players after most practices, which sure doesn't happen at most places.
I'll be interested to see how the media reacts, ESCPECIALLY if UCLA decides to have open practices. You can bet the local papers will flock to the open practices...

fumble-roosky
Much to Kiffy's dismay, that play isn't legal anymore.
I've never seen a coach have such a boner for one player (obviously talking about Marquise Lee).
What's he going to do after Lee leaves?
