I remember on the Rivals Main Board they used to have a topic like this every once in awhile and I didn't see a topic that was made specifically for this when I searched for for it. I am convinced that I have to be the shortest AND youngest poster on IE, which I will probably end up being wrong.

Last time I was measured professionally I was 5'5 3/4"

Well, in my prime (18 to 24) I was officially 5'6" plus change. I liked to think that I was a towering 5'7" upon rising after 10 hours of spine relaxing sleep. Age, gravity, a shorter sleep cycle and dehydration of spinal disks has robbed me of the "change." My guess is that by now I'm closer to 5'5".

Still, I have my (once) 4'10" twin sister beat by close to a little more than half a 12" ruler!

Clearly I'm not anywhere near to being the youngest poster on IE ...

I've never been measured professionally. Every amateur measurement has me coming in at 5'10 though. Do you think if I get measured by a pro, I'll gain some height?



**I am happy to relay a story of my youth about height though: a new ride at Opryland came out when I was a kid, and I was juuuussssttt shy of that magical and binding red line on the height-marker sign. I was heartbroken. So what did I do? Let devastation ruin my summer? Hell no, I knew what I had to do. I returned to that motherfucker...donning cleats. I owned that ride and amusement park the rest of the summer.
